Saints' number one ticket holder Eric Bana had the ultimate match day experience on Friday night, watching St Kilda go up against Geelong from the coaches' box.

Eric, a passionate and vocal barracker, watched from the helm at the invitation of Scott Watters.

"It was a very amazing experience and I feel very, very lucky to have had the opportunity," he said after the game.

"I am vocal, my family were very concerned when they heard I was going in the box but I managed to keep a lid on it.  I had Rooey next to me so I punched his leg a few times I think so he might have a few bruises!"

"I get some good perks to my job (sic) but this is absolutely number one."
