DAVID Armitage and Nathan Wright have returned to the St Kilda team after missing through injury.

Armitage was a late withdrawal from last week’s team that lost to the Western Bulldogs, while Wright hasn’t played since breaking his jaw in the recent win over Carlton.

Joining them in the team to take on North Melbourne will be key defender Jackson Ferguson who will make his senior debut on Sunday.

Lenny Hayes was ruled out with a calf injury on Thursday while Beau Maister and Clint Jones have also been omitted from last week’s team.

The Bulldogs game was Maister’s second back from a hand injury, while Jones had just been brought back after missing the previous two matches.

Maister and Jones have been listed as official emergencies, as has first-year player Josh Saunders.
