Many Saints supporters have travelled far and wide to see their favourite players in action, but few could say they’ve come as far as Mulan, a remote town in Western Australia near the Northern Territory border.

A delegation of students from the John Pujajangka-Piyirn Catholic School in the Mulan Aboriginal Community made the two-day trip to Melbourne by bus and plane as reward for their good behavior.

Many of the children had never been outside the community, which is located in the Kimberleys, and were thrilled to have the opportunity to make the journey.

Among their itinerary in Melbourne was a stop at Linen House Centre to watch the Saints train as part of Members Thank You Round.  Most of the children said that was the highlight of their trip.

Many of the residents in the town that follow the AFL barrack for the Saints, with the local footy team ‘the Mulan Saints’ sharing our red, white and black colours.
