St Kilda has secured the services of North Melbourne key defender Luke Delaney after confirming a trade today.
The Saints sent pick 77 at the 2013 NAB AFL National Draft to North Melbourne in exchange for Delaney.
Delaney arrived at North Melbourne via the 2009 rookie draft before debuting in 2011 and earning a permanent upgrade to the senior list at the 2011 NAB AFL National Draft. He has played 26 games in total.

Originally from Grovedale, Delaney played with the Geelong Falcons at TAC Cup level before embarking on his AFL career.
"We are pleased to secure Luke in a trade from North Melbourne. As a developing key defender, we are confident that he can provide valuable support to our defensive group in 2014 - particularly on the opposition's key forwards," St Kilda Head of Football Chris Pelchen said.
