St Kilda is set to be largely based at home for the first half of the 2014 season before a flurry of travelling to round the year out.
The Saints will play outside of Melbourne just twice in the first 11 rounds, with a home game against the Brisbane Lions in Wellington, New Zealand and a match against West Coast at Patersons Stadium.

But the Saints will rack up the frequent flyer points at the tail end of the season with trips to Hobart, Gold Coast, Sydney and Adelaide in the last seven weeks.
The Hobart venture will be the club’s return to Tasmania for the first time in five years when it takes on North Melbourne at Blundstone Arena.
That match will be one of five games in the Saturday afternoon timeslot as the club has a greater presence in the traditional football timeslot.
The Saints play another three games in the Saturday twilight zone and three late on a Sunday.
The match against the Lions in Wellington will be one of two Friday night matches, with the other coming in round 11 against Collingwood. That game will be part of indigenous round with the Saints taking on the Magpies partly as a tribute to Nicky Winmar’s famous jumper raise 21 years ago.
