THOUSANDS of St Kilda fans flocked to Frankston waterfront on Monday for Saints by the Bay Community Day.

Supporters mingled with St Kilda players in perfect weather conditions on a day which is always eagerly anticipated on the Saints calendar.

Some of the activities included:
- Mini golf with Sam Fisher and Jimmy Webster
- Building sand castles with Tom Hickey and David Armitage
- Kayaking with Rhys Stanley and Jack Newnes
- Peddle-powered smoothies on the Ledified bikes with James Gwilt and Nick Riewoldt
- The Ozito dunking machine with Jack Billings, Leigh Montagna and Luke Delaney
- Massages, AND
- Face painting

Already the club has received countless emails and calls from thankful fans reflecting on the day.

The atmosphere was relaxed and playful, while the smiling and laughing kids made for a greatly enjoyable afternoon of fun.

On top of the numerous activities for the kids and family, each player was presented with their 2014 playing Guernsey in front of the crowd, while former Saints player Michael Roberts interviewed Alan Richardson, Lenny Hayes and Nick Riewoldt on stage.

But the loudest round of applause was reserved for Justin Koschitzke, who was called upon to present Spencer White with his No.23 playing guernsey.
