Sandringham senior coach and St Kilda development coach Paul Hudson runs a ruler over the individual performance of the Saints-listed players following Saturday's win.
MATCH REPORT: Zebras triumph in another thriller
VFL STATS: Round 14

Jason Holmes
Jason had the better of his American opponent Eric Wallace in most of the key indicators. His hit out work was excellent and the way he tackled was again first class.
Nathan Wright
Nathan copped a poke to the left eye early in the second quarter and didn’t play for the rest of the game. He will be fine for this week but it was unfortunate that he couldn’t play out the match.
Daniel Markworth
Daniel played on the wing and provided good run for us and got a bit of the ball. The pleasing part about his game was that he had a good even spread of contested and uncontested possessions. He’s had a good two weeks.
Seb Ross
Seb returned to us from AFL level and was tagged all day. He could have gone into his shell, but he didn’t. Instead he fought through it and finished with 15 touches and seven clearances. We rated his game highly because of his endeavour and effort to try and break that tag.
Josh Saunders
Josh is Mr Consistent at the moment. He is providing a great deal of run for us and had 25 possessions on Saturday. He’s winning clearances and doing well.
Arryn Siposs
I gave Arryn a rocket at half-time because his first two quarters were disappointing. He responded and his second half was much better, leading up and showing energy around the ball.

Blake Acres
Blake returned after sustaining a hand injury and wasn’t as clean as he was before the surgery. I have no doubt he will be better for the run. I’m looking forward to what he will produce this week.
Tom Lee
Tom had a solid game in defence. He slipped over a couple of times but other than that he was pretty good and his reading of the play was exceptional.
Brodie Murdoch
Brodie was outstanding for the second straight week. He’s a bull and was strong in the contest. He generated some really attacking moves and finished with a couple of goals when resting forward.
Darren Minchington
Darren took a little while to get going. I reckon he was better in the second half than the first and a lot cleaner late in the game.
Cameron Shenton
Cameron Shenton returned after missing with a virus last week. He played on Mason Wood and did a reasonable job on him.
Ahmed Saad
Ahmed booted two goals and gradually worked his way into the contest. We’re working with Saady on his defensive work-rate, but when given an opportunity to hit the scoreboard he is very creative.
Tom Simpkin
It was one of Tom’s best games for the season. His attack on the ball and offensive run was terrific, it was just a shame he got reported for striking and will miss the next two weeks.
Boys getting around Shak. Huge win in his 100th game. TOO GOOD! #GoZebs pic.twitter.com/nwX9XMjFGf

Tom Hickey
Tom played up forward for most of the first three quarters and then in the ruck in the last term. His work in the ruck to get the ball going our way was terrific late in the match.
Luke Delaney
I feel very comfortable with Luke sitting behind the ball. He reads the play so well and provides great leadership down there for us.
DEVELOPMENT SQUAD:
Spencer White
Spencer booted four goals and had a hand in another five in a 100-point win. He presented well and took a couple of really strong marks.
Brenton Payne
Brenton was excellent across half-forward. He’s continually adding skills and attributes to his game.
Joe Baker-Thomas
Joe was good in defence although the ball didn’t come down to him all that often. His offensive work is improving weekly at the moment.
FT: @sandyzebs 12.16 88 d @WerribeeFC 11.9 75. An inspired final term sees the Zebs overrun the Tigers at Avalon Airport Oval. #PJVFL
