Caitlin Greiser is yet to pack a punch as explosive as her debut season – which came complete with Best & Fairest, AFLW Leading Goalkicking and All-Australian honours – but the blow which will floor the competition isn’t too far away.

Greiser kicked off last pre-season under Nick Dal Santo like a house on fire, slashing 45 seconds off her 2km time-trial PB before rival backlines again put a stopper to her firepower up forward come the season proper.

Her power of work in the pre-season allowed the key forward to play through the midfield in bursts however, with her most influential performance of the year against GWS stemming from that positional shift.

At the close of last season, Greiser nevertheless remained St Kilda’s AFLW all-time leading goalkicker with 23 majors from 24 games.
