Need to talk to our Membership Team?
Due to the high volume of phone calls and emails the team are getting at the moment, we'd recommend getting to the game early and visiting our Membership Team at the Club Hub opposite Gate 2 to get assistance before the game.
Get there early
Have your mobile ticket ready.
There will be Saints reps at the Club Hub located opposite Gate 2. We will also have staff floating between gates 1, 3, 5, 7 to assist with any questions you have.
Everyone will have a designated gate and entry on ticket but getting to the venue early will mean you have plenty of time to get organised/find the spot for entry.
You can only enter via the Gate noted on your ticket. Once inside the venue, scan the QR code and check in on the way to your seat.
All attendees will need to provide proof of double COVID-19 vaccination and check-in upon entry.
At Marvel
Marvel Stadium redevelopment works have begun and there are some changes to the concourse that may affect you when entering the ground:
- Entry gates are available all around the stadium apart from Gate 2 which is currently closed – please enter via the gate on your ticket.
- The concourse might look a little different on the city side of the stadium, with some hoarding in place around Gate 2 and Gate 5.
- Once you enter the stadium there is no change to the experience, you are free to move around, visit the food and beverage outlets, or any of the amenities.
- To comply with the current Marvel Stadium policies, all food, beverage and merchandise outlets will be cashless, however Eftpos and credit card facilities are of course available.
