Rowan Marshall will return from injury in time to tackle the reigning Premiers, Melbourne, with the big man a chance to be flanked by Zak Jones for the first time in 2022.
Jones has lined up in two of Sandringham's past three VFL games – missing one after entering AFL Health & Safety Protocols – and collected 20 disposals in last week's 47-point win to put himself into selection consideration.
The 27-year-old, who took personal leave at the beginning of March, has been named on the extended bench alongside Ben Paton, Ben Long, Jack Higgins, Marcus Windhager and Tom Campbell, plus potential inclusions Ryan Byrnes and Darragh Joyce.
Last week's unused medical sub Jarrod Lienert has not been selected.
Jack Billings will spend another week in the VFL after returning from a hamstring setback last Sunday, while Hunter Clark is set to feature in his first competitive hit-out since injuring his shoulder during the AAMI Community Series victory over Essendon.
St Kilda's final team will be announced tomorrow evening at 5:00pm AEST.
