St Kilda has ramped up its preparations for AFLW Season Seven in a one-day training camp in Mt Eliza.

The players were put through their paces at Toorak College on Saturday, divided into teams as they competed in a series of training challenges and activities across a full day.

Star midfielder Georgia Patrikios was among those to impress, with the two-time club best and fairest officially returning to the club on Friday after missing the 2022 season due to the AFL's vaccination update.

The Saints will kick off the new season on Saturday 27 August against Sydney at North Sydney Oval.
