Co-vice-captains Kate Shierlaw and Bianca Jakobsson have had their most recent campaigns recognised, this morning earning selection in the AFL Women's All-Australian squad.
The pair performed strongly throughout Season Seven at their respective ends of the ground, with Shierlaw in particular piecing together a breakout year at 33 years of age.
Shierlaw led the Saints' goals tally (13) to finish equal-third in the league at the end of the home-and-away season, additionally charting first for the club's total score involvements, marks and contested marks on top of her club goalkicking honours.
The key forward operated well outside her usual domain during the year, often providing an outlet mark coming out of defence or even playing as a defender in the tail-end of quarters.
Meanwhile, Jakobsson backed up her Best & Fairest season with another commendable season down back, again going toe-to-toe with some of the competition's most influential forwards.
The 29-year-old closed out the year with figures on par with her Season Six campaign (15 disposals, five rebound-50s and five intercepts per game), accumulating a season-best 19 touches and 10-rebound-50s against Gold Coast in challenging conditions.
Jakobsson was elevated to co-vice-captain ahead of Season Seven after serving as part of the club's extended leadership group earlier this year.
The final All-Australian team of 21 will be announced in the coming weeks, selected by this year's panel consisting of Nicole Livingstone (Chairperson), Sarah Black, Sam Virgo, Andrew Dillon, Laura Kane, Kelli Underwood, Megan Waters, Narelle Smith and Tim Harrington.
