A refreshed Bradley Hill has turned heads early, taking out this morning’s three kilometre time trial.
Heading into his 12th season, the speedster broke away from the pack with 200m to go, crossing the finish line with seeming ease.
He was quickly joined by youngster Matthew Allison, with Marcus Windhager rounding out the podium.

It was a close affair for the majority of the run, with Mason Wood and Ryan Byrnes also keeping pace at the front before Hill made his move.
“The boys have returned in great shape, which is really encouraging and a sign they took their off-season programs very seriously,” Performance, Medical and Operations Manager David Misson said.
“It means we can immediately get fully into our training blocks as we prepare for the pre-season games and ultimately the season proper.”
As per the pre-Christmas session, the time trial was split into two groups, with Cooper Sharman once again taking top honours in his session.
