Liam Henry and Ben Paton will take their place in St Kilda colours this coming weekend against Hawthorn, with the latter breaking in for his first senior appearance since Round 15 of last season.

Paton has been sidelined with a torn pectoral tendon since early February, making his return via the VFL over the past fortnight with a pair of influential showings to stake his claim back in red, white and black.

Meanwhile, Henry was confirmed by Ross Lyon this morning as a starter for Saturday after a successful recovery from a high-grade hamstring strain sustained in Round 2.

Mattaes Phillipou and last week's substitute Ryan Byrnes make way for the returning duo, joining Tom Campbell on the emergencies list.

Skipper Jack Steele will bring up his 150th game for the club, while Nasiah Wanganeen-Milera will celebrate the first major milestone of his career when he reaches 50 senior games.

St Kilda and Hawthorn contest for the 25th annual Blue Ribbon Cup this coming Saturday at University of Tasmania Stadium, coming together in honour of all Victorian police officers and those that have fallen in the line of duty.
