St Kilda has bolstered its engine room heading into Sunday's rematch against Brisbane, with Mattaes Phillipou and Paddy Dow coming back into the side.
Phillipou has effectively halved his recovery time from a hip complaint last fortnight to put himself back in the selection frame, missing just two games as he looks to continue his vein of form pre-setback.
Meanwhile, Dow returns to the senior line-up for the first time since Round 16 having built his way back from an ankle injury via the VFL over the past few weeks.
Hugo Garcia (omitted) and Hunter Clark (injured) make way for the incoming duo, with Garcia named as an emergency alongside Tom Campbell and Angus McLennan.
Sunday will mark Mitch Owens' 50th game at senior level, becoming the second player from recruited from St Kilda's Next Generation Academy after Marcus Windhager to reach the milestone.
St Kilda and Brisbane will meet for the second time this season on the Saints' home deck on Sunday 4 July, commencing at 4:40pm.
