St Kilda has locked in its squad for Friday's practice match against West Coast at Mineral Resources Park as the 2024 pre-season reaches its final stages.

Vice-captain Bianca Jakobsson and Olivia Vesely will make their first appearances for the season after missing last week's match simulation against North Melbourne at RSEA Park, while Hannah Stuart will feature in her first competitive hit-out since rupturing her ACL last season.

New faces Charlotte Simpson, Paige Trudgeon and Rene Caris will form part of the line-up as they push towards the season proper, with the trio all piecing together commendable showings over the Roos last weekend.

Untried Saints Caitlin Matthews and Kiera Whiley have been selected as emergencies.

Friday's practice match will be livestreamed on saints.com.au commencing from 1:30pm AWST (3:30pm AEST) and will be viewable from tomorrow morning on the club's homepage and app. 

Those in Perth will have free access into Mineral Resources Park from 12:30pm, with entry into the venue via Goddard St.
