Every week SAINTS.com.au gives fans the opportunity to ask a member of the coaching staff questions via a live Facebook Q&A. This week Rohan Welsh had the floor following Sunday's win against Brisbane.

Q: What was said at quarter time to turn the boys around?

RW: We needed to get more numbers to the ball and we were very reactive in the first quarter. We needed to get after it.

Q: How impressed were you with the way the boys rallied after the first!?

RW: We got our hands on the footy. We got inside 50 and began to do our thing. We didn't turn up in the first quarter.

Q: When is Tom Lee going to get a go?

RW: Tommy has had a few different roles for the last few weeks and needs to keep building his game.

Q: Rohan, I feel our biggest challenge with the list we have is keeping them together to build for real success, have the club got a plan in place to avoid losing our youth to the bigger clubs?

RW: Our young guys are already committed and as the team improves, the real spirit will improve also.

Q: How come Shane savage didn't play?

RW: Geary came back in and so did Delaney. Save will get another chance, he just needs to continue to work on the balance of his game between offence and defence.

Q: When is Saad back in?

RW: Saad was rested this week and he's a rookie so while the team is playing well, good performances are required at VFL level to earn selection.

Q: Do you think having the two ruckman is working?

RW: Hickey has been giving us a real go up forward so we are happy.

Q: Can we expect to see Acres and McKenzie in the team for a long time?

RW: That’s the plan. They are the future!

Q: How far off is Hugh Goddard from being selected?

RW: He's building and learning and played well in the VFL yesterday.

Q: Why are sides jumping us in the first quarter? Is it our pre-game?

RW: In the first five rounds we won every first quarter. The last couple of games we have been slow, but we will look at it during the week.

Q: Who would win an arm wrestle between you and Richo?

RW: Me for sure! Richo was a nuggety back pocket and I was a full forward!

Rohan Welsh joined us for pre-game chat and will be hosting a Q&A on Facebook 30 minutes after the final siren. #HowIWantToBe
