Josh Battle will make his return to the senior line-up ahead of Saturday night’s match against Adelaide. 

The forward-turned-defender has spent the past three weeks on the sidelines with a knee injury, but is raring to go following a successful return through the VFL last weekend.

Utility Blake Acres will miss with a shoulder injury sustained in last week’s clash against Melbourne.

Matthew Parker, Daniel McKenzie, Darragh Joyce and Jonathon Marsh will be on standby as emergencies, with all four pressing for a senior recall following solid performances for Sandringham last Sunday.

Rebounding defender Jimmy Webster is likely to spend another week with the Zebras as he recovers from hand and back injuries, while Dan Hannebery will remain in Melbourne following a bout of gastro.

St Kilda will travel to Adelaide Oval to take on the Crows at 7:40pm.
