It's often said that no work gets done on a Monday (or a Friday...or both, if you’re lucky).
But there was no easing into it for the Saints, who hit the ground running – literally – with a gruelling 3km time trial kicking off their working week.
Ed ‘King’ Phillips reigned supreme with a blitzing run under 10 minutes…
…while fellow youngsters Doulton Langlands and Josh Battle joined him on the podium after two eye-catching efforts of their own.

Browny, on the other hand, proved age is just a number…
…and was the best of the Saints’ big men after a career-best run at 30 years of age.
After helping each other over the line and recovering from their intensive session, it was time for the Saints to properly reunite before ripping into training.
Jack Bytel was rapt to see Ratts after he spent the week in Darwin…
…while Dan Butler (complete with handlebar) was arms wide open waiting for a mate.
Bradley Hill was absolutely stoked to be in his new colours…

…while Rowan Marshall was also beaming, but oddly while sprinting in 40-degree heat.

Confirmed weird unit.
We paused to remember a dear friend on International Men’s Day, whose message we’ll always remember.
And the best way to honour Spud’s legacy is to take action.
We checked in with a good mate…

…and continued to do our part to raise awareness throughout Movember.
Our Mo Bros were looking the part, with 'Kegger' making solid mo-gress…
…while others weren’t able to get much mo-mentum (you know who they are).
Billy Slater was back after coming out on top of last week’s #CodeWar, giving the boys a tackling masterclass they’ll never forget.
A lesson in tackling from one of the greats.

He wasn’t the only world-class athlete to visit RSEA Park, with Paralympic gold medallist and World Champion Kelly Cartwright sharing her spine-tingling story with both men's and women's teams.
Thanks for sharing your story with us, Kelly!

Great to have Paralympic gold medallist and World Champion @KelCartwright89 talk with our playing group yesterday. pic.twitter.com/yBzyG13JfO
But the best news of the week was from one of the Saints’ most beloved leaders.
After almost two years out of the game, Dylan Roberton was given the all-clear to play in Season 2020.
We're looking forward to seeing you out there again, Robbo!

Ryan Abbott put pen to paper and Linton St got that Friday feeling.
ABBOTT BECOMES A SAINT: Delisted free agent joins St Kilda
The former Cat joined the red, white and black as a delisted free agent, providing ruck support for Rowan Marshall and Paddy Ryder.
And what better way to finish a demanding week than with a game of indoor cricket at RSEA Park.
