Dan Hannebery and Jake Carlisle will at last pull on the red, white and black ahead of St Kilda’s clash with Brisbane this Saturday.
The duo will make their maiden on-field appearances for the year after lengthy stints on the sidelines through injury.
Hannebery’s notable pre-season was curtailed through troublesome hamstring issues, while back surgery halted Carlisle’s run just before the season kicked off.
Both were prominent in the VFL last week against Werribee, with their respective efforts earning them the chance to jump into the senior side.
Nathan Brown (omitted) will make way for the returning Carlisle, while a corked thigh to Brandon White has opened the door for Hannebery.
Brown will be on standby to man the key defensive posts, and will be joined by Nick Coffield, Ben Paton and Doulton Langlands as part of the emergencies list.
St Kilda will host Brisbane at Marvel Stadium this Saturday at 4:35pm.
IN: Carlisle, Hannebery
OUT: Brown (omitted), White (injured)
