Team bonding was on the agenda as the Saints headed away for their pre-season camp at Barwon Heads.
And bonded they did, over their love of pranks and stooging of teammate Sam Alabakis.
The 211cm Saint was hung out to dry at Adventure Park after being duped into going down the Aqua Racer solo.
With the wind in his sails and his teammates cheering him on for “one more”, Big Sal realised he’d been played after finding himself completely deserted at the top of the slide.
To be honest, the fact no other Saint went up with him should have been a dead giveaway that something was a bit fishy.
Matty Parker put on the guns show…
…before the Saints laid out the groundwork for the week ahead.
The work doesn't stop away from home.

Sean Dempster was looking great back in the red, white and black…
…and so was Bradley Hill, who may be challenging Rowan Marshall for the Saint with the biggest smile.
But it was Jono Marsh who took out grin of the week.
Tim and Seb were rapt to be back…

The boys found some time to hit the green afterward.
And that was about the only thing they hit.

…while Ed Phillips was in the perfect position to catch Darragh Joyce's wayward slice.
We do have it on good authority that Ro is the worst golfer at the club however, with his disastrous swing not the only time he melted in front of the camera that day!
Meanwhile, our girls were worked to the bone with a punishing morning session at Portsea beach.
The Saints went through wave after wave of gruelling boxing sessions and were pushed to their limits...
...but were still all smiles by the end.
And with the AFLW Season just around the corner, the work didn’t stop upon their return to RSEA Park.
