We're bringing Footy Colours Day forward to this Friday (8th of May) in order to mark a historic occasion and kickstart the club’s response to the threat's posed by COVID-19.
So don the famous tricolours, or hang your scarf on the porch or from the window of your car, as we recognise an important moment in the history of the club.
On May 8 1897, the St Kilda Football Club took their place in the first round of the fledging VFL competition as a foundation club.
123 years later, on May 8 2020, we'll pause to celebrate the thousands of players and fans who have loved the red, white and black with the unwavering loyalty that has defined St Kilda.
Importantly, the club will launch a new campaign to fight the threats posed by COVID-19, and continue the climb towards our second premiership.
Stay tuned for more details this week on how you can get involved.
