A staggering $100,000 has already been raised by St Kilda supporters in the 72 hours since the league-first Saints Pledge campaign was launched.
That figure is in addition to the thousands of members who've pledged their membership for 2020, regardless of whether or not spectators will be able to attend games.
"It's been quite humbling to see the way in which the Saints faithful have come out to support the club," said St Kilda CEO Matt Finnis.
"What that means for our players is that every time they take the field, they're representing something much bigger than themselves."
Finnis also reinforced the need for the Saints to emerge from the COVID-19 crisis ready to compete with the best in the AFL.
"At the end of the day, St Kilda will survive this," Finnis told radio station SEN.
"But I don't think survival is enough for our members, we want to come out of this as a competitive force. We can really thrive on and off the field."
By pledging your support, you can be part of St Kilda's fightback.
Take your place in history. Together We Rise.
We’re fighting for our future. Not just to survive, but to emerge ready to compete.

It’s up to us to shape the future of our club.

How to Pledge
1. Head to the Saints Pledge homepage here.
2. Pledge your loyalty in one of three ways:
- Remain a member in 2020
- Make a donation (donations of $50 or more will be counted as a new member)
- Fundraise in a team
This isn’t a request we make lightly; it reflects the staggering difference it will have on the future of our football club.
There is so much to look forward to.
How the new-look side comes together under Brett Ratten, how quickly our exciting young talent can develop into stars of the game, and how RSEA Park in Moorabbin becomes the centre-piece for football in Melbourne’s South.
But to truly lift our club back to the upper echelons of the ladder and compete for the second premiership we all crave, then we need to stand our ground in 2020.
We humbly ask for your help to achieve this.
You can play a vital role in shaping our future by joining Saints Pledge and committing to support the club through this time.
