St Kilda skipper Jarryn Geary could make a miraculous return ahead of St Kilda’s landmark match with Port Adelaide in China.
The Saints’ leader has been named on the half-back flank after receiving emergency surgery for a corked thigh last month, which sidelined him for four games.
But after just 41 days out of action, the endurance king is poised for an unbelievable comeback as St Kilda hunts its sixth win of the season.
Darragh Joyce, Nick Coffield and Hunter Clark will join the Saints’ extended bench, with the trio all jetting off to Shanghai to round out the traveling entourage.
All three enjoyed solid outings for the Zebras the week prior against the Northern Blues, with the young Saints firming towards senior selection in the coming weeks.
Ben Paton was left out of the final team after overcoming a medial strain last week and will instead line up for Sandringham this Sunday.
Check back into saints.com.au from 5pm this Friday to view the final team.
