Students at Ripponlea Primary have helped dress their school in red, white and black as they get behind the Saints during their 2010 AFL Finals campaign.

Taking part in the Colour My Suburb competition run by the AFL, students have covered their classrooms and play areas with St Kilda themed ribbon and banners to show their support of their local team.

Sue Newton, Principle at Ripponlea Primary School said; “Students and staff got into the spirit of the ‘Colour My Suburb’ competition, covering our playground in red, white and black to show support to the Saints… the team of our school’s suburb, St Kilda.”

Entries have now closed for the AFL’s Colour My Suburb competition, but make sure you check out some of the best photos in your local Leader newspaper over the next few weeks.
