Fresh off her sizzling debut last week, the top-10 draft pick backed up her lively efforts against North Melbourne with a notable 16 disposals, seven tackles and a goal.
Smith’s lightning-quick pace, sleek evasion skills and fierce tackling pressure helped spark the Saints into gear throughout the afternoon, but the hunt couldn’t be sustained as the Roos flexed their muscle.
In what is quickly becoming a major positive for St Kilda’s engine room, the 18-year-old again combined well with Best & Fairest Georgia Patrikios, whose 27 disposals set a new club record for most disposals in a game.
