St Kilda has made four changes ahead of tomorrow’s match against Geelong, with new Saint Rebecca Ott to make her debut under Friday night lights.

The WNBL1 basketballer was officially signed by the Saints less than two weeks ago, but has been named at centre-half back as Peta Searle’s side hunt for its second win of the year.

Ott will be joined in defence by Tamara Luke – who will play her first game of 2021 after overcoming a hamstring injury – and Bianca Jakobsson, while Tahlia Meyer has been selected after making her debut three weeks ago.

Nadia von Bertouch (plantar fascia), Ali Brown (hamstring) and Molly McDonald (quad) are set to spend time on the sidelines, while Jessica Matin has been omitted.

Matin and Alice Burke have been named as emergencies.

Friday night will mark the maiden encounter between Saints and Cats at AFLW level, as well as the first time since 1991 that the two sides – in any competition – have played for Premiership points at Moorabbin.

St Kilda and Geelong go toe-to-toe on Friday 19 February at RSEA Park, with the opening bounce set for 7:10pm.

IN: Jakobsson, Luke, Meyer, Ott (debut)
