St Kilda has made three changes ahead of Sunday afternoon’s Indigenous Round affair against Adelaide at Norwood Oval.
South Australian Nadia von Bertouch re-joins the line-up after overcoming a plantar fascia injury ahead of schedule, with Ali Brown and Renee Saulitis rounding this week’s inclusions.
Kate McCarthy (concussion), Nat Exon (groin) and Rebecca Ott (omitted) make way for the returning trio, with the latter scheduled to play in the Southern Saints’ season opener alongside Jessica Matin and Poppy Kelly.
Alice Burke has been selected as a travelling emergency, joining Ott on stand-by for Round 5.
The Saints will proudly wear their first AFLW Indigenous guernsey tomorrow afternoon, which was originally designed by Emily Long.
The guernsey represents the history of the prodigious Long family and the totems of their people: the Anmatyere, Kerinaiua and Maranuggu.
St Kilda will face Adelaide on Sunday 28 February at Norwood Oval, with the opening bounce on Kaurna Yarta land set for 12:40pm ACDT.
