General Admission Members will now receive the added convenience of accessing Marvel Stadium via a mobile membership. As well as adhering to the Department of Heath guidelines your mobile membership will allow you to access your General Admission allocation using your smartphone.

*Please note this is also the case for Flexi Members.

General Admission members have two options of how to attend St Kilda Home Games:

Option 1) You can use your mobile membership to scan into Marvel Stadium and find seating in the general admission area located on Level Three.

Click here for steps on how to access your mobile ticket for General Admission Members

Option 2) You can use your membership barcode to upgrade to a reserved seat via Ticketmaster. There is a fee associated with upgrading to a reserved seat depending on the location of the seat, however this is charged at a member discounted rate.

You can also purchase additional tickets for non-members at full price should you wish to do so. These will be limited to x2 per member during the member on-sale period for Rounds 1-5, however will revert to the total transaction limit of x10 upon the beginning of the General Public on-sale at 10am Wednesday 2 March.

What membership types have access to the mobile membership?

Members who hold a Reserved Seat, General Admission or Flexi Membership will have access to the mobile membership for 2022. If you are unsure as to what membership category you hold currently, please contact the Saints Membership Team on 1300 467 246 or via membership@saints.com.au.

Flexi Members

Similar to General Admission Members, you can use your mobile membership to scan into Marvel Stadium and find seating in the general admission area located on Level Three. This will allow you to choose your desired amount of tickets for each home game, having a total of x11 tickets for the season.

Click here for steps on how to access your mobile ticket for Flexi Members.

Alternatively, you can use your membership barcode to upgrade to a reserved seat via Ticketmaster. There is a fee associated with upgrading to a reserved seat depending on the location of the seat, however this is charged at a member discounted rate.

Will my mobile membership barcode be the same each week?

Your Mobile Membership barcode is different for each match, you will need to download your ticket via the Saints App each week before you head to the game. Your Mobile Membership barcode will be available for you to download 72 hours prior to each game.

I don’t have smartphone, can I still attend games?

We would recommend contacting the Saints Membership team on 1300 467 246 to arrange print at home tickets for you, or to arrange venue collection. Please note, this service will only be available from 72 hours prior to gameday until the game ends.

I don’t have an email address, am I still able to access my mobile membership?

To ensure you are up to date on all things St Kilda, we would strongly recommend having an email address linked to your Membership. However, to discuss alternate options, please contact the Saints Membership team on 1300 467 246.

I have forgotten my password for my ‘My Saints Account’, am I still able to access my mobile membership?

  • Click forgot password
  • Click 'Yes, Reset Password'
  • An email will be sent to you, click the 'Reset Your Password' link

The App is asking me to create a brand-new account, is this required?

No, this is not required. By being a member, you will likely have an email currently associated with your membership, this will therefore provide access to your Saints Account. If you are unsure as to how to reset your password, we would strongly recommend following the instructions here, or giving the Saints Membership Team a call on 1300 467 246 if you have any questions.

The App is asking me to link to my Ticketmaster account, do I need to do this?

No, this is not required. If you have a different email linked to your Ticketmaster account than the one linked to your Membership, this can cause problems with the log in process. Give the Saints Membership Team a call on 1300 467 246 if you are unsure or have any questions.

If you have any trouble accessing your mobile membership via the Saints app, you will be able to access your card through a browser on your phone. Please try the below instructions instead:

  • Open a browser on your phone
  • Visit saintsmembership.com.au and select ‘login’ – OR click here
  • Sign in with your MySaints email address and password
  • Select My Events
  • Select the upcoming match. Your digital card will only become available closer to the match

If you are having any issues with the Saints App, please check the following:

  • The Saints App will only function on devices using iOS software 11.0 or higher. If you are using an iPhone released before 2013, you may experience compatibility issues.
  • If you have an older or incompatible device and cannot access the app, please contact the Saints Membership Team on 1300 467 246 to discuss alternate options.

Android Users:

  • Ensure you are using the latest version of the app. You can see if you have a pending update on the Google Play Store following these instructions.
  • Android users will need to be running Android Version 5.0 or higher. You can check these by going to your System Settings > Scrolling to ‘About Phone’ or ‘About Device’ which will be at the bottom > Software Information. The Android version will be noted on this page.
  • If you have an older or incompatible device and cannot access the app, please contact the Saints Membership Team on 1300 467 246 to discuss alternate options.

Game Day troubleshooting:

  • iPhone users: Digital cards may be hidden from your wallet from time to time, please check the ‘expired passes’ note at the bottom of your wallet app in case.
  • Dark mode can sometimes cause glitches/errors when it comes to scanning in on match day.
  • We would strongly recommend ensuring your brightness is turned up completely.
  • Broken screens can also have an impact.

To upgrade your General Admission ticket to a Reserved Seat for a game, you will need the following for ticket redemption:

A Ticketmaster link directing you to the game day event for that week. The links for Rounds 1-5 will be communicated to members on Monday 28 February.

You will need to enter your 12-digit barcode number plus all the barcode numbers of other members that you wish to upgrade for. There is a strict limit of 10 members per group. Login to your MySaints account here to view your barcode number.

We recommend you create/login to your Ticketmaster account prior to the booking window being opened. This will make the process a lot smoother and allow Ticketmaster to send your tickets to you.

*Please note, your Ticketmaster account is different to your Saints membership account.

Once your booking window opens, follow the steps in your email to complete your transaction and lock in your tickets.

For away games at the MCG or Marvel, the booking process for home and away members is identical to that which needs to be followed for home games.

How do I access my barcode?

If you don't know what your barcode number is, login to your My Saints account and click here to view your barcode number.

When upgrading tickets for a match:

Have the contact details ready for all attendees in your group before you book.

Enter the name and mobile number for each ticket holder.

Should members or fans have dependants they are purchasing for (or someone that doesn’t have a mobile number) they will be able to enter their own contact details on their behalf. For example, a parent can enter their mobile number for the child/ren attending with them.

I am a General Admission Member, however my friend is a Reserved Seat Member, can I sit with them?

Unfortunately, we are unable to facilitate these requests. It is highly likely that the seats around your friend are held by other St Kilda reserved seat members for the season so there is no opportunity to purchase guest seats from game to game.

Am I able to purchase guest passes for friends wanting to attend?

General Admission Members will be able to either upgrade their ticket to a reserved seat via Ticketmaster and purchase additional Guest Passes throughout the same transaction during the Member On-sale period. For Rounds 1-5 this opens at 11am, Tuesday 1 March.

Alternatively, General Admission Members can scan in on match day via the Saints App and purchase additional Guest Passes throughout the General Public on-sale period. For Rounds 1-5 this opens at 10am, Wednesday 2 March.
