Keeler showed promising signs from his limited VFL appearances coming back from a patella tendon injury, with his deceiving agility as a key forward and ability to impact in bursts a particular highlight.
While being exposed to the ruck in patches last season, Keeler has been trialled as a key defender this pre-season as he looks to add another unique attribute to his game.
Keeler was a member of Adelaide’s Next Generation Academy for five years, but was not nominated under NGA rules to allow the Saints to swoop in with pick No. 44 at the 2023 National Draft.
