Ball-winning young gun Charlotte Baskaran will don the red, white and black in 2025, with the former Hawk officially signing a three-year deal with St Kilda.
In exchange for Baskaran’s services and pick No. 32, the Saints parted ways with picks No. 26 and 44 heading into the 2024 Telstra AFLW Draft.
Electric midfielder Baskaran started her AFLW career with a bang, playing the maximum amount of games in her first two seasons to earn top-ten finishes in the Hawks’ Best and Fairest in both of those years.
The former No. 9 pick and Western Jets captain will look to join stars Jaimee Lambert, Tyanna Smith and Georgia Patrikios to strengthen the Saints' midfield stocks heading into next season.
“Charlotte is an exciting young player with plenty of potential to add a dynamic element to our midfield group,” EGM AFLW Tessie McManus said.
“We’re really excited to welcome Charlotte and her family and see Charlotte out in the tri-colours in 2025.”
