Rowan Marshall is on track to play Adelaide in Round 1 after facing a minor pre-season setback managing a pelvis issue.

The 28-year-old will continue with a progressive load throughout the pre-season matches in the lead up to the Saints’ season opener.

As reported over the weekend, Max King (knee), Jack Sinclair (hamstring) and Mason Wood (quad) have all been cleared of long-term injuries after the trio left the track early before the four-day break.

“Max will have a lighter week as a precaution, but will be back to full training next week,” Misson said.

Liam Henry is about to integrate back into main training as he rehabilitates his knee, while draftee Alix Tauru is back running and will shortly join non-contact training drills.

Meanwhile, Mattaes Phillipou is almost off crutches, ready to commence his reloading rehabilitation

Dougal Howard has joined Phillipou in the gym after undergoing a successful shoulder surgery last week.

Additionally, Paddy Dow is progressively adding to his load as he seeks to return from a major knee infection.
