Four fresh faces and a caretaker coach will headline St Kilda's list of inclusions for its match against Collingwood on Saturday afternoon.
Co-vice-captain Kate Shierlaw, Nicola Xenos and Molly McDonald – who all missed last week's game due to AFL Health and Safety Protocols – will return to the line-up alongside Nat Exon, with Xenos set to play her first game in almost two years after an ACL injury derailed her 2021 campaign.
Kate McCarthy, Jess Matin, Isabella Shannon (all omitted) and Rhi Watt (AFL Health and Safety Protocols) make way for the returning quartet.
Shannon and Tahlia Meyer have been listed as emergencies.
Head of Player Development & Strategy Paddy Hill will step into the senior coaching role this weekend due to Nick Dal Santo's unavailability, again due to AFL Health and Safety Protocols, while VFLW Senior Coach/AFLW Development Coach Dale Robinson will also assist in Dal Santo’s absence.
The club will wear its Indigenous Guernsey, designed by club legend Nicky Winmar, on Saturday afternoon. It will be just the second time the Saints and Magpies have met at Victoria Park since Winmar's iconic stand in 1993.
St Kilda will square off against Collingwood on Saturday 15 January at Victoria Park, with the opening bounce locked in for 3:10pm.
