Round 2 - St Kilda vs. North Melbourne
Saturday 3rd April 2010, 7:10pm Etihad Stadium

Due to the fact the club has signed up more than 2,000 over the last 10 days we thought it prudent to advise you of the member services offered for our Round 2 match this weekend. If you have any queries on the night please ensure you are there as early as possible to avoid any queues. The marquees will be open from 5pm.

Membership Pack Collection
There will be no items or membership packs available to collect on match day. If you have not received your membership pack or are missing any items please advise staff at any of our marquees at the footbridge, Gates 5 & 7 so we can make arrangements to send these out. Our records show that everyone who has signed up prior to March 23rd has been sent their membership card and pack however each year there is always a small percentage of members' packs that are lost in the mail. If you have not received your membership card, you can obtain a paper ticket on the night, see below.

Ticket Collection
The Reserve Seat and General Admission marquees, at Gate 5 outside Etihad Stadium, will open at 5pm sharp on Saturday night. Please note that if you have signed on after March 23rd there is no guarantee your 2010 Membership card will be sent to you in time for Round 2, however all General Admission members that sign up from Tuesday 30th March will be sent an e-ticket in lieu of their Membership Card. If you have not received an e-ticket or your 2010 Membership Card please visit the Gate 5 General Admission marquee at Saturday night’s match.

All Reserved Seat holders who have signed up after March 23rd can collect their 2010 Membership Card from our Reserved Seat marquee at Gate 5.

Cap and Scarf Collection
There will be two Cap and Scarf collections marquees at both Gate 5 and Gate 7.You can only pick up your scarf/cap or scarf upon presentation of your voucher. In order to make the process more efficient for all members please ensure your voucher is filled in correctly prior to presenting it at either marquee. No caps or scarfs will be issued to anyone who doesn't have their voucher.

Victory Room
Entry is free for all Social Club members by presenting their 2010 membership card and guests are more than welcome, however a small fee will apply. Located on Level 1 near Aisle 19, the Victory Room is also open for meals prior to the match. Priced from around $11.00 - $15.00 dining is on a walk-up basis and no advance bookings are taken.

As always, after every home game, be sure to return to the Victory Room for our fantastic post match function. There is an opportunity for Social Club members to mix with fellow members, enjoy a drink, listen to guest speakers and player interviews, grab an autograph or maybe buy an auction item.

Reserved Seat Areas
The St Kilda Football Club and Etihad Stadium management have been in discussions regarding policing of St Kilda Reserved Seat areas. This will result in greater emphasis on ensuring that reserved areas are for Reserved Seat holders who hold tickets to that particular area only. These tickets are strictly non-transferable and anyone found to be using a ticket that does not belong to them, or anyone found in a seat they do not have a ticket for, will be removed. Particular attention will be paid to members/supporters who make their way down to seats during the final quarter.

Social Club and Reserved Seating
Please note that Social Club membership has SOLD OUT for season 2010. Also, due to a fantastic membership response in 2010, Reserved Seating is also very close to capacity. You can upgrade to a Reserved Seat at any stage of the season, subject to availability.

Merchandise
Saints merchandise will be on sale at the Footbridge prior to the match as well as inside Gate 7 for the duration of the game. Cash, credit card and EFT will be accepted.
