Jack Higgins has netted a perfect 10 coaches' votes following his standout four-goal haul against Greater Western Sydney on Friday night.

The electric small forward's performance backed up his five-goal blitz against Gold Coast last week (nine votes), thrusting him into sixth place on the AFL Coaches' Association Champion Player of the Year leaderboard.

From his past 13 quarters of football, Higgins has kicked 14 goals to sit just behind Max King in the club's goalkicking figures for 2022.

Josh Battle was awarded seven votes for stepping up in the ruck following injuries to Rowan Marshall (corkie) and Jack Hayes (knee), while Jack Sinclair and Jack Steele received four votes apiece.

Giants Callan Ward (three) and Tom Green (two) rounded out the voting for Round 6.
