The 27-year-old Dal Santo plays his 200th game against Hawthorn at the MCG in round eight. Despite leading 33-1 at quarter-time, the Hawks run over the top of St Kilda by five goals.

Dal Santo amasses 33 disposals in St Kilda's elimination final loss to Sydney at Docklands. His consistent season is rewarded with a third All-Australian selection. Just like 2009, he is selected on the interchange bench.
