The Saints' AFLW program headed down to The Briars on the Mornington Peninsula during the week for its annual pre-season camp.
A combination of fitness-based training, team-building exercises and problem-solving activities made for a memorable experience ahead of the new campaign.

Country-themed teams
The group was split into different countries to form teams and compete against each other in various challenges, with points for each activity leading to an overall winner at the end of camp.
Running
First leg of the challenge was everyone's favourite, running.
Cycling
The group then jumped on the bikes in the newly-touted Tour De Saints.
Kayaking
Next up the team braved icy conditions and jumped in the water for a paddle.
Steph Chiocci's capsizing was the highlight for her onlooking teammates.
Archery
Some of our finest Hunger Games' impressions came to the surface as the bow and arrows took centre stage.
Winners
Team Jamaica - boasting the likes of Ella Friend, Renee Saulitis, Georgia Patrikios and Hannah Stuart - took out the title ahead of Japan and Italy!
The team is now back at RSEA Park preparing for an exciting 2023 season.
