Jack Hayes, Zaine Cordy and Max Hall are all on track to put themselves back in the selection frame, only needing to pass fitness tests this week to prove their eligibility.
Hayes, last seen at senior level in Round 9, has spent the past few months recovering from surgery to address swelling in his knee, while Cordy has made a swift recovery from an adductor injury incurred last week.
“As we look to finish the year strongly and turn our sights towards next season, it’s great to have more of our squad approach full fitness,” EGM Football David Misson said.
“Jack’s perseverance over the past few months has in particular been pleasing, and we hope to see him continue that progress before a return to play.”
Meanwhile, Marcus Windhager will spend at least another week on the sidelines recovering from a hamstring injury, while Seb Ross has made inroads in his recovery from a calf strain and is at least a fortnight away from a return.
