Debutant Kiera Whiley will line up in red, white and black for the first time tomorrow evening as one of two changes for St Kilda’s mid-week clash with GWS.
The 19-year-old Whiley, taken with pick No. 10 at last year’s draft, will be joined by the recalled Alice Burke, who was a late withdrawal from Friday’s match against Adelaide with illness.
Hannah Stuart (illness) and Olivia Vesely (managed) come out of the line-up for Tuesday, while Nicola Xenos will again sit out as she continues to manage a heel complaint.
Given current availability due to injury, the club has named train-on and former Saints player Deanna Jolliffe as a top-up emergency.
Jolliffe, who played nine games with St Kilda from 2022-2023, has been named on standby alongside Rene Caris and Vesely.
Darcy Guttridge will celebrate her 50th AFLW game tomorrow evening at Kinetic Stadium, having been a member of St Kilda's inaugural list prior to her three games for Collingwood between 2018-2019.
St Kilda and GWS will meet on Tuesday 8 October at Kinetic Stadium, commencing at 7:15pm AEST.
