The St Kilda Football Club will debut a special-edition ANZAC Appeal Round Guernsey on Australian soil for the very first time during this year’s ANZAC Round, paying homage to the brave veterans who served our nation.

The Saints will march out in the commemorative outfit in Round 7 as they take on the reigning premiers Brisbane, Saturday 26 April at Marvel Stadium.

With simplicity and reverence at its heart, the bespoke design features the names of the 25 St Kilda players who tragically lost their lives in World War I and World War II. The iconic red poppy, the poignant words ‘Lest We Forget’, and the official ANZAC Appeal logo are also proudly displayed - each element a tribute to courage, sacrifice, and enduring legacy.

While the club has previously worn honorary Guernseys during ANZAC Day matches in New Zealand between 2013 and 2015, this year’s tribute marks the first time a purpose-designed ANZAC Appeal Round Guernsey will be worn on home soil.

In a further sign of respect, St Kilda’s commercial partners, CMC Invest and Chery Motor have opted for monochrome versions of their logos, preserving the Guernsey’s minimalist and reflective aesthetic.

A limited number of ANZAC Appeal Round Guernseys will be available for purchase via Saints Locker, while match-worn editions will be auctioned following the game. A portion of proceeds from all Guernsey sales will be donated to the RSL’s ANZAC Appeal, helping support veterans and their families.

With respect and enduring gratitude, we wear it to remember – and to carry their legacy forward.
