Getting to the game

Trams

No. 75 (City-Vermont South) and No. 48 (City-North Balwyn). The No. 70 (City-Wattle Park) also stops a short distance from the ground. Visit Public Transport Victoria for more information.

Trains

The two train stations close to the MCG are Jolimont, which is north of the ground, and Richmond to the south. For Jolimont, catch trains running on Hurstbridge or Epping lines from the city. For Richmond from the city, take any train on the Lilydale, Belgrave, Alamein, Glen Waverley, Dandenong, Pakenham, Cranbourne, Frankston or Sandringham lines. If you’re coming from outside Melbourne, V/Line services will take you to Southern Cross Station.

Bus

Route 246 is run by National Bus Company, links LaTrobe University with Elsternwick Station and useful for visitors travelling from the northern and southern suburbs.

Merchandise

The Saints Locker Truck will be open from 2pm. The truck will be located in between Gate 1 and 2; in front of Light Tower 6 outside the Member's Stand.

Membership

The St Kilda Membership team will be operating from the Saints Locker truck. They will be able to assist with membership enquiries and ticketing issues. Saints fans can visit them between 2pm and 5pm.

Open training

St Kilda Football Club invites members, fans and locals to attend the Captain's Run ahead of Round 5 against Melbourne at the 'G. The VFL Captain's Run will kick off at 9.30am followed quickly by the AFL Captain's Run at 10am. 

Broadcast

TV: The match will be telecast live on Fox Footy from 4.30pm (AEDT), as well as through the AFL Live App.
