ST KILDA Football Club is closing the gap in the name of reconciliation and will host a clinic next week to acknowledge Reconciliation Day.
School-aged children from across the Frankston municipality have been invited to attend Linen House Centre as part of Indigenous Round to undertake activities that promote indigenous culture and Australian football.
The day is part of a broader campaign by Reconciliation Australia, which aims to build relationships, respect and trust between the wider Australian community and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Students from Seaford Park and Mahogany Rise Primary Schools as well as McClelland and Elisabeth Murdoch Colleges will be joined by students from the Yarrabah community in Cairns to participate.
