St Kilda will bring in two fresh faces – including a club debutant – for Sunday's match against the North Melbourne Tasmanian Kangaroos.
Defender Bianca Jakobsson will play her first match for the Saints just three weeks after breaking her collarbone, while hard-running winger Molly McDonald has returned to the line-up after a quad injury halted a Round 1 berth.
Alice Burke and Tahlia Meyer (both omitted) make way for the returning pair.
Meyer and Isabella Shannon have been named as emergencies.
Round 2 will mark the AFLW's inaugural Pride Round, with the Saints celebrating and standing in support of inclusion, diversity and acceptance.
St Kilda will meet with the North Melbourne Tasmanian Kangaroos on Sunday 7 February at Arden Street Oval with a 1:10pm start-time.
