We can't wait to welcome crowds back to Marvel Stadium, but the process will look a bit different this year.

Here's what you need to know ahead of Saturday night.

Gates open from, 5:30pm - please check your ticket for your recommended entry time

Pre purchase your tickets

  • You will need to pre-purchase tickets, as there will be no ticket windows at the venue. However, people will be able to buy tickets from their phones right up until the start of the game.
  • Your membership card will not secure you entry to the venue. You need to pre-book tickets using your member barcode. More information here

Plan ahead

  • Download the Service Victoria app before you arrive at the venue
  • Download your mobile ticket before you arrive at the venue
  • Forward tickets to the individuals attending within your group. Click here for a guide on how to do so (You may scan in for others on your device if they don't have their own)
  • Make sure your bag is no larger than A4. It must fit under your seat
  • How are you getting to the game? Transport and parking information is available here

Before the game

  • Meet up with friends before the game, as you won’t be able to move between your zones inside the stadium
  • View Marvel Stadium's COVID safe plan here

Get there early

  • Have your mobile ticket ready
  • There will be Saints reps at gate 1, 3, 5, 7 to assist with any questions you have
  • Everyone will have a designated gate and entry on ticket but getting to the venue early will mean you have plenty of time to get organised / find the spot for entry
  • You can only enter via the Gate noted on your ticket
  • Once inside the venue, scan the QR code and check in on the way to your seat

Once in your seat

  • There will only be three reasons to leave your seat
    • To use amenities
    • Purchase food and beverages or visit merchandise outlets
    • To leave the stadium (there will be pass outs available at the gate you enter through) 

Pre-game tribute

  • Arrive early to make sure you are in your seats by 6:50pm for a special Danny Frawley tribute, including on-ground interview with Tony Lockett

Access to merchandise outlets is limited inside the stadium

  • Purchase your Spud's Game merchandise from Club Hub (outside Gate 5) before the game. This outlet will close 10 minutes after the first bounce.
  • Please note that all merchandise outlets are cashless and are card only
  • There will be merchandise available inside Gate 7 and Gate 5 during the game, but only fans in that zone will be able to access them. Arrive early and visit Club Hub to make sure you're able to visit a merchandise outlet.
