Tom Highmore has been withdrawn from Saturday’s match against Geelong following a flare-up in his previously injured hand.

The young defender broke his left hand in an incident during Round 18, but played out last week’s game against Sydney without complaint.

Darragh Joyce returns to the starting line-up in Highmore’s absence, while Oscar Clavarino joins the list of emergencies for Saturday afternoon.

The Saints also regain veteran Dan Hannebery for his first game of the season, as well as key defender Dougal Howard after a minor hamstring strain.
