A blue-collar work ethic and ferocity in close has held Brad Crouch in good stead for many seasons now, and this one just gone was no different.

Crouch thrived in his first season under Ross Lyon, piecing together another ultra-consistent campaign to average 27 disposals and six tackles per game to cement himself as an invaluable cog in the midfield mix.

The in-and-under mid’s efforts saw him chart sixth in the club’s Best & Fairest count for the second year running, but also polled incredibly well at the 2023 Brownlow Medal with a career-best 18 votes, including a maximum-vote outing at the Saints’ 150th Year Anniversary Game at the MCG.

Crouch also added to his list of accolades with the Silk-Miller Memorial Medal for his match-winning efforts against Hawthorn in Round 20, accompanying his duly deserved Ian Stewart Medal (2022) and Malcolm Blight Medal (2019) won while at Adelaide.
