Hannah Stuart and Olivia Vesely will miss today’s match against GWS through illness and management respectively, with the pair hopeful to return to the line-up in time for Sunday’s upcoming match against Melbourne.

Small forward Nicola Xenos will similarly sit out today’s game as she and the Saints navigate this week’s four-day turnaround and three games in the space of 10 days.

Pleasingly, the Saints have regained Alice Burke from illness after she was a late withdrawal from last Friday’s four-point loss to Adelaide.

“As we work through our compressed fixture, we’re ensuring to find time to rest some of our players and get them as physically prepared as possible for the second half of the season,” EGM AFLW Tessie McManus said.

Nat Exon (ribs) remains with eyes on a return to play towards the back-end of the season, while Rebecca Ott (tibia) and Georgia Patrikios (foot) continue to progress in their respective rehabilitations.
