One of the most accomplished coaches in the women's sphere, Paddy Hill brings his expertise to the fore as St Kilda's Head of Player Development & Strategy.

Hill joined St Kilda's coaching ranks in 2019 after a decorated coaching career at Hawthorn and Box Hill. Premiership honours in 2013 (Box Hill VFL) and 2018 (Hawthorn VFLW) are among the most distinguished honours to his name.

As part of the Saints' remodelled coaching line-up, Hill will work closely alongside Nick Dal Santo while also creating individual development plans for each player and leading the club's coaching strategy.
