Fifteen games in Melbourne and a blockbuster run home at Marvel Stadium await the Saints in 2023, with the AFL today releasing next year’s men’s fixture.
Rounds 1 to 15 were confirmed in full, with only opponents and locations listed for the remaining games.
Headlining the 2023 fixture will be the club’s 150th anniversary game against Essendon in Round 3, as well as a return to Thursday night football and five consecutive games against Victorian teams at Marvel Stadium to close out the year.
The Saints have six double-up opponents in Brisbane, Richmond, Carlton, Gold Coast, Hawthorn and North Melbourne, and will travel interstate seven times, including a clash with Collingwood at Adelaide Oval for Gather Round.

“It’s great to have the fixture confirmed so we can start our planning, both on and off the field,” Chief Executive Officer Simon Lethlean said.
“Having seven of our first eight games in Melbourne is a great way to start the year and something we’ll be hoping to capitalise on.”
In addition to the 150th anniversary game, annual events including Spud’s Game and Pride Game will again be held in 2023, with more information to be confirmed in the coming months.
“From an off-field perspective, our 150th anniversary game at the MCG is the centrepiece of our season, which will be an excellent opportunity for Saints fans young and old to come together and celebrate their love of the club,” Lethlean said.
“And while we love playing in Melbourne, it will be great to see our interstate fans at as we travel to Queensland, Western Australia, New South Wales and South Australia throughout the year.”
